Can I change how my set rows look?
Yes. In Settings, Workout Experience has a Set row style picker with three free choices: Clean Inline, Compact Pills and Tabular Grid.
Yes. In Settings, Workout Experience has a Set row style picker under Inline set editing. Inline set editing lets you change weight, reps and effort right on the set row. It is on unless you turned it off, and the style picker only shows while it is on.
- Clean Inline shows plain text, and you tap a value to edit it. This is the default.
- Compact Pills puts each set on one line of rounded capsules.
- Tabular Grid lays sets out in columns with headers, like Hevy or Strong.
All three styles are free. To log effort with each set, turn on Per-Set RPE or RIR (Reps in Reserve) in Settings under Per-Exercise Tracking. RPE is the rate of perceived exertion, a score for how hard a set felt, and RIR is how many reps you think you had left.
