Product surface map
Every product surface,
in one place.
This list follows the real app: the free core, the features where Pro adds depth, and anything that is switched off right now. Each page says what is free and what needs Pro.

Workout Logging
Every set, one tap. Track how hard each set felt, your rest timers, set types, and notes.

Exercise Library
1,300+ built-in exercises with muscle data and unlimited custom moves are free. Pro adds custom form photos and assisted sorting.

Routines & Programs
Unlimited routines, Smart Sync, Starter Packs, and follow-along links are free. Pro adds managed Rotation Groups that cycle through several routines.

Follow-Along Videos
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link on a routine. Kinoku can jump to exercise timestamps and, with the optional chapter lookup on, build a routine from chapters. The log stays local; opening the video uses the outside video service.

Stats & Progress
Charts per exercise, PRs, your best one-rep estimate, volume trends, and date filters. Every exercise type gets a chart that fits it: Best, Total, and Avg Time for holds, Best and Total Reps for rep work, and Best and Total Distance for distance work, not just weight charts.

Lift Progress
Open a lift in Stats and a plain label says if it is progressing, holding steady, or slipping, with a flat-zone band on the chart. The label is free. Pro adds ideas for a stuck lift (options, never orders), an all-lifts dashboard, and a Coach card. It stays quiet when the data is thin.

Routine Progress
Open a routine's stats and see the whole routine trend across every time you have done it: a work-done chart and a strength trend where each lift is measured against its own start, so a light move and a heavy move count the same. Plus a look-back on the recap after a big session.

Running Progress
Your run records and whether you are getting faster, over time. It reads your best efforts and a fitness estimate, never plain average pace, and only claims progress when the trend is sure.

Muscle Map
Frequency and training-volume maps are free. Pro adds recovery estimates, readiness context, and exercise picks.

GPS Run Tracking
Live pace, splits, a route map, and audio cues. Your run record is not uploaded to Kinoku; map tiles load when you view maps, and weather is a clear opt-in.

Kinoku Score
Once Kinoku has enough data, the Kinoku Score sums up your recent training, recovery, and health signals. Until then, it shows a learning state instead of a made-up number.

Score story
Scrub back through your Kinoku Score day by day. Each day says in one plain line what moved it, next to what is normal for you.

Health Connect
Kinoku reads and writes Android Health Connect data without passing it to a cloud. Period flow import is a Pro feature and read-only. Kinoku never writes cycle data back to Health Connect.

Wear OS
A real watch app for workouts, runs, steps, tiles, and watch face data.

Widgets & Shortcuts
Three configurable Android widgets keep today, progress, and quick actions close. The core suite is free; Pro adds deeper views and Quick Log.

Steps
Daily steps, streaks, brisk minutes, and an hour-by-hour view of how you moved.

Plate Calculator
Load the bar fast with a visual plate layout. The calculator and bar-weight setting are free; Pro adds custom plate inventory settings.

Warmup Generator
Warmup sets built from your working weight, bar weight, and unit system.

Rep Tempo
Set how fast to move each rep of an exercise. Kinoku shows the tempo as a light hint on every set.

Achievements
132 achievements across 13 groups. The whole ladder stays visible; 24 of them and the Achievement Timeline require Pro.

Search Kinoku
Search like Spotlight by typing a metric, exercise, routine, or session. You can also run commands like "switch to imperial" or "apply Cyber theme".

Longevity Mode
Pulse, Coach, and Tomorrow's Focus shift toward long-term health markers instead of peak output. It turns on at age 40, can be changed anytime, and includes the free 8-week Longevity Foundations template.

Rewards
Free users earn short-term Pro access by logging often. Paid Pro already has that access, so it does not get reward grants.

Progress Photos
Unlimited capture, pose matching, tags, and the gallery grid are free. Pro adds the Timeline and two-photo Compare tools. Kinoku does not upload photos to its servers; some files may enter Android system backup.

Themes
26 themes with color and motion: 20 free and 6 Pro (Ironwood, Sakura, Emerald Foil, Kamon, Obsidian, Aurora).

Share Cards
15 selectable looks plus Sticker export and 22 captions. After a session, Kinoku surfaces up to 6 looks that fit what happened.

AI Coach
Coaching screens that run on your phone and explain what changed in your training and why it matters.

Backup & Import
Lossless backup, open CSV and JSON import, Strava import, and a scoped Export for AI handoff.

Change History
See saved edits as plain before-and-after changes, including imports and deleted targets. The history stays local, and private cycle changes stay in their own database.

Challenges
41 templates across many data sources, with deeper detail as your tier goes up.

Daily Pulse Metrics
Track anything with toggle, scale, value, duration, time-range, and combined metrics. Every type is free, and there is no limit on how many you keep active.

Cycle Tracking & Fertility
Full cycle, fertility, and pregnancy tracking, with phase context and training links. Dedicated raw records and generated cycle state are excluded from future Android automatic cloud backup, standard exports, share cards, and Kinoku servers. Your Cycle Tracking configuration lives in that same excluded database, while user-created metrics remain eligible for Android system backup in your Google account. A manual ZIP or user-initiated device transfer can carry the dedicated database.

Scenes
Workout contexts with built-in presets, quick-start feel, and custom scenes on Pro.

Run Analytics
Offline run breakdown with splits, a fitness score from your runs, a pacing score, best efforts, race forecasts, and a compare card that stacks each run against your similar past runs.

Run Studio
A deep look at one run. Pace, heart rate, and climb on linked charts you can pinch to zoom. Tap the route to jump to that moment, and read marks for your peaks, fastest splits, and fatigue points. The whole screen is free. Pro adds replay, ghost-compare against another run, your own notes, and still-frame MP4 export.

Zone Training
Pace zones, easy-versus-hard balance, and a training effect score built into your runs.

Training Calendar
Plan workouts on one calendar, with no limit on how many plans you keep or how far ahead you plan. Pro adds repeating schedules (weekly, custom days, or every few weeks), drag-to-move, bring-to-today, repeat-day, and day copy.

Periodization
A 4-phase planning stack. The builder, all 15 templates, named programs with auto-progression, the custom model, and unlimited active programs are free. Pro adds volume targets, readiness tuning, and auto set changes.

Circuit & HIIT
Timer-driven circuits, rounds, rest phases, and safe session handling.

Quick Log
Type or speak your sets in plain words when tapping each field feels slower than your workout.

Interval Editor
Build custom interval workouts step by step: warm-up, work, recovery, and repeats. Or copy a built-in one and tune it.

Swim Training
Pool workouts with stroke types, lap tracking, and swim achievements. Swim volume rolls into your weekly load and Kinoku score next to your lifts and runs.

Pro Analytics
A Pro hub with five core tabs, plus a Cycle tab when cycle tracking is on. Its 20+ features include strength scores like DOTS, IPF GL, Wilks, and FFMI, the Banister Form Band, plateau alerts, ACWR, muscle balance, and cycle links.

Bodyweight Total Load
Pull-ups, push-ups, and dips get real per-rep load from body-movement math, not just reps times one. The load math, snapshots, and Total Load chart are free; Pro scales the volume charts in Stats Analysis to your body weight.

Form Band
A fitness-and-fatigue curve built from the same published family of impulse-response models made popular by TrainingPeaks, and it works across gym, run, and brisk-step load.

Training Form curve (Coach screen)
The lead card on the Coach screen shows how fresh or tired you are right now. One Form line sits over three soft bands: Fresh, OK, and Tired, with a state pill beside it. Tap Show fitness details for the fitness and fatigue lines behind it. The base chart is free for all. Pro adds forecast lines and a note in plain words.

Strength Standards
DOTS, IPF GoodLift, Wilks 2, and FFMI with offline percentile tables. Published tools widely used in strength sport.

Rest Day Tracker
Mark rest days by hand, on a schedule, or let Kinoku spot them. They carry across streaks, Pulse, achievements, and Coach, so a real rest day never breaks your record.

Trash & 30-day Undo
Deleted workouts and progress photos go to Trash for 30 days. A restored workout rewinds your program max, resyncs Health Connect, and updates bet progress.

Strava Import
Bring your Strava history with no login token. Choose the Strava archive ZIP once; Kinoku reads activities.csv and supported route files from it on your phone. Kinoku never touches Strava's servers.

Photo Import
Scan a routine from a photo. Point at a coach's program, a screenshot, or a handwritten card, and Kinoku reads it into a routine on your phone. Check what it was not sure about, then import. Nothing is uploaded.

Smart Today
A Today card shows the step you are due for, with a Start button. Free automatically spots your A/B/C rotation and names the next step. Pro adds managed Rotation Groups, a body figure that shows which muscles feel fresh, and an easy-day pick when your sleep or HRV is low.

Muscle Impact (Post-Workout)
A body shape colored by this session's effort per muscle, with the top 3 muscles shown as pills.

Route Heatmap
A multi-run map with All Time, 30 Days, 90 Days, and 1 Year filters, five basemap styles, whole-route average-pace colors, and snapshots to share.

Skill Journeys
Seven free, offline-first paths to named bodyweight skills, with editable routines, evidence-based progress, graduation receipts, and no active-journey cap.

Your Story
The current-month and current-year training stories, including Skills landed, cards, saving, and sharing are free. Pro adds browsing earlier months and years.

Fatigue-Aware Swaps
Kinoku spots when tomorrow's planned routine hits muscles that still need rest, and offers a one-tap swap to a fresher routine.

Shoe Mileage Tracking
Tracks the life of your running shoes, with wear-out targets and data that survives a new phone.
