Lift Progress

Open a lift in Stats and a plain label says if it is progressing, holding steady, or slipping, with a flat-zone band on the chart. The label is free. Pro adds ideas for a stuck lift (options, never orders), an all-lifts dashboard, and a Coach card. It stays quiet when the data is thin.

ELITE Same as Pro

The lift-progress layer matches Pro on Elite.

What it is

Kinoku watches each lift on its own. Open a lift in Stats and a small label tells you how it is going: progressing, holding steady, or slipping. It reads your logged sets. It stays quiet when there is not enough to be sure.

What you get free

  • A label on each lift: progressing, holding steady, or slipping.
  • How many weeks since your last best.
  • A quiet band on the chart. It marks the flat zone while a lift holds.
  • A switch to skip a move. Some moves are not ones you chase, like warm-ups or rehab work. Flip one switch on the exercise info sheet, and that move never gets a stuck flag.

Ideas for a stuck lift (Pro)

When a lift has been holding or slipping, a card can list a few things lifters try, like one more set, a lighter week, or a close swap. Each idea says why it might fit.

They are options, not orders. Nothing changes unless you change it.

The Lift Progress dashboard (Pro)

One screen ranks all your lifts. The ones worth a look sit on top. Each row has a small trend line and a label. Tap a row to open that lift’s full chart. The top of the screen sums it up, like “5 of 8 lifts are moving up.”

On the Coach screen (Pro)

A card can point out up to three lifts that have stalled. It gives one plain line about why. Tap “fewer like this” and it stays quiet. You can also add a one-line lift note to your Weekly Recap. It is off unless you turn it on.

Quiet when it is not sure

Kinoku needs enough sessions before it labels a lift. Thin data reads as “not enough yet,” never a guess. A stuck flag shows only when the pattern is clear.
