Routine Progress

Open a routine's stats and see the whole routine trend across every time you have done it: a work-done chart and a strength trend where each lift is measured against its own start, so a light move and a heavy move count the same. Plus a look-back on the recap after a big session.

What this feature looks like in the app

The whole routine, trending

One chart tracks total work; a second tracks strength per session. Kinoku says plainly if the routine is moving up, and stays quiet when unsure.

What it is

Kinoku tracks a whole routine, not just one lift. Open a routine’s stats and see how the whole thing is trending. It looks across every time you have done it. All of it is free.

Work done. A chart of total work per session. That is weight times reps, added up. A high-rep day moves it. A light day moves it too. It is always there to compare, session to session.

Strength trend. This asks a harder question: is the routine getting stronger? Each lift is measured against its own starting point. So a light move and a heavy move count the same. A 20% gain on a small lift and a 20% gain on a big lift each count as one equal step up. That keeps one heavy lift from drowning out the rest.

Kinoku tells you plainly if the routine is moving up, holding, or slipping. It stays quiet when there is not enough to be sure.

A look-back after a session

Finish a routine and, on a new best or a milestone, the recap shows a quick look. It might show “today vs your usual” for the whole routine. Or it might show how many lifts hit a new best, like “3 of 6 lifts at a new best.” Milestones are your 5th, 10th, 25th, 50th, and 100th time. Tap it to open the routine’s full trend.

For your first couple of sessions it stays a quiet baseline line. A record off one or two sessions is just noise.
