What this feature looks like in the app
Historical context
Stats link your workouts, sets, volume, and trends so no session sits alone.
What it is
Charts for every exercise you log. Kinoku shows more than your bench press over time. It breaks down the kind of progress you make. Each exercise gets its own view. Time filters let you compare last month to last year.
What you can see per exercise
- Top set over time: your heaviest working set, charted week by week
- Best one-rep lift (e1RM): a guess at the most you could lift once, drawn as a trend. The guess uses set weight and reps.
- Total volume: weight times reps across all sets, week by week
- Set-type split: what share of your sets are working, warmup, drop, or failure
- Rep range split: are you really hitting the rep ranges you think?
- PR timeline: every personal best for each lift. Kinoku tracks your 1, 3, 5, and 10-rep bests, plus volume bests.
What you see across the whole app
- Weekly volume by muscle group: a quick check so you don’t skip rear delts again
- Frequency heatmap: which days you train, which muscles get hit, where the gaps are
- Streak tracking: your current and longest streaks. These count logged days, not hard days.
- Time filters: last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, a year, all-time, or a range you pick
Custom metrics
Track things beyond the defaults. Log bodyweight, sleep, mood, or stress. Custom metrics show up right in your stats. They also feed the wellness part of your Pulse Score.
- Free: up to 3 custom metrics
- Pro / Elite: as many as you want
What’s not on the free tier
A few deeper views need Pro or Elite.
Run depth is one. Splits, VO₂max, and race times live on Run Analytics. That is Pro. The zone view is on Zone Training, also Pro. Alerts and lift tips on the AI Coach screen are Pro too. The basic Coach screen stays free. The full 6-tab Elite Analytics hub is Elite. It adds strength scores, a form band, a balance radar, and other deep views.
The charts above are different. Every exercise, every best, every volume trend stays free. Forever.
Try it for yourself.
