What this feature looks like in the app
Story deck format
Tap-through cards with the year's signature numbers and patterns. Saves as one image stack to share or keep.
What it is
Wrapped is Kinoku’s look back at your year. It is a tap-through deck of cards. Each card shows one part of the year you just had. You see your total sessions and total weight moved. You see your longest streak, top lifts, and distance covered. You see your most-used themes, your achievements, and the months that stood out. The last card reads the shape of your year. You can save the whole deck as one image stack. Or just keep it for yourself.
Wrapped is not a score. It is not a leaderboard. It is not a push to upgrade. It is the closest the app gets to telling the story of your year.
What’s in the deck
Card by card, in order:
- Title card: your year and a signature image
- Sessions: total workouts, average per week, and the day you train most
- Tonnage: total weight moved across every set
- Distance: your run, walk, and swim distance, with the longest session called out
- Streak: your longest day streak and when it happened
- Top exercises: the lifts that shaped the year by volume
- Top runs: your fastest 5K, fastest 10K, and longest run
- PRs: total PRs set, listed by exercise
- Themes: which of the 21 themes you used most. (This card surprises me every time.)
- Achievements: the categories you moved up the most, and your top win
- Pattern of the year: Kinoku’s read on your year. Did you build, peak, dig in, or hold steady?
- Closing card: a last signature image with your line for the year
How it generates
Wrapped runs on your phone. It uses your own training history. It opens on or after January 1. There is no cloud math, no shared feed, and no comparison to other people. The numbers are yours, worked out where they live.
The first time you open the app in the new year, a small ⓘ banner offers to open Wrapped. You can also find it any time from Settings → Wrapped. That lets you peek at this year’s deck so far.
Sharing
You can share each card on its own as one image. The full deck saves as a stack. People tend to share the themes card and the pattern-of-the-year card. Both look good outside the app, and both read fine on their own.
Why this is FREE
Wrapped is a year-end gift to every user. It pays back the trust you built over twelve months of logging. Locking it behind a tier would miss the point.
