Automated safeguard
A one-tap way to avoid overtraining when your schedule and your readiness collide.
What it is
Fatigue-Aware Swaps watch for days when your plan and your body don’t line up. Say tomorrow is chest day. But your chest is still sore from a hard session earlier in the week. Training it again may not be the best use of the day. Kinoku spots that clash and gives you an easy way out.
How it works
Kinoku checks the muscles in tomorrow’s plan against how rested they are right now:
- It looks ahead. If half or more of tomorrow’s plan hits muscles that are still tired, Kinoku takes note.
- It looks for a better fit. It checks your saved routines for one that mostly hits rested muscles.
- It offers a swap. A card on the Today screen shows the swap, one tap away.
Tap to take the swap, and the plan updates. Keep your plan, and the card steps aside for the rest of the day.
If nothing fits
Sometimes no routine is fresh enough. Kinoku won’t push a bad swap just to fill the slot. It suggests a rest day instead.
You make the call
There’s no black box here. Kinoku reads your own data, points out where your plan and your recovery clash, and offers a safer option. The choice stays yours.
