Category detail
Inside a category. Each exercise lists its muscles, gear, type, and form notes.
What it is
A list of 1,100+ built-in moves. It covers every kind of gear: barbell, dumbbell, machine, body weight, cable, band, swim, run, bike, and yoga. It all works offline. Nothing to download after you install.
What each move carries
- Muscles it works, split into main and helper. The Muscle Map and volume charts use this.
- Gear type, so you can filter by what your gym has.
- Move type: push, pull, hinge, squat, carry, and so on.
- Big or small: a multi-joint lift, or a single-muscle move?
- Form notes: short cues on what to focus on.
- Form images (optional): a photo to copy. Pro lets you add your own.
Search and filter
Browse by muscle, gear, or move type. Or just type a name. Filters stack. Pick barbell, then push, then chest, and you get the right list in two taps.
Make your own
Name it, pick the main muscles, set the gear and rep plan. Your moves act just like built-in ones. They show up in the list, the muscle map, the volume charts, and your wins.
This matters more than it sounds. Most apps lock you into their list, or they charge for custom moves. Kinoku gives you both for free. Your gym has odd machines. Your training has odd moves. You should be able to log them.
Free
The full list, search, filters, and as many custom moves as you want are free. Pro adds your own photos. Elite adds AI help to sort a new move when you make one.
