Progress Photos

What it is

Take progress photos beside the rest of your training record. The camera can overlay your previous shot faintly so you can match the pose, framing, and distance instead of comparing two completely different photos.

What is free

• Unlimited capture. Take and keep as many photos as you want.
• Pose matching. Use the ghost overlay from an earlier shot while you frame the next one.
• Tags and context. Keep the date, pose, body metrics, and notes with each image.
• Gallery grid. Browse all of your photos from the Progress Gallery.
• Trash and undo. Deleted photos remain recoverable for 30 days.

What Pro adds

• Timeline. Browse the record chronologically and see how it changes over longer spans.
• Two-photo Compare. Put any two shots side by side, with shortcuts such as earliest versus latest or the same pose across the largest gap.

Capture and the gallery are not held back for Pro. The paid layer is the deeper way of navigating and comparing the record.

How privacy works

Kinoku stores progress photos in its private app storage and does not upload them to a Kinoku server. Photos are included when you create a manual Kinoku ZIP backup. Eligible app files may also enter Android system backup in your Google account if that backup is enabled for the device.

Kinoku does not currently expose a biometric-lock control for the gallery, so the website does not promise one.
