What this feature looks like in the app

Watch support that matters

Track from your watch, sync back to the phone, and keep steps and recent runs on your wrist.

What it is

This is a real watch app, not a way to read phone alerts. You can track a whole workout or run from your wrist. The watch saves your heart rate, sets, and timers. It all syncs back to your phone on its own.

What it does on the watch

  • Start a workout even when your phone is not near you
  • Log sets with a tap or by turning the watch dial
  • Track heart rate the whole time and save it to the workout
  • Track a run with pace, distance, and splits
  • Set a rest timer that buzzes your wrist when it ends
  • Tap to start from a small tile on your watch face. (A tile is a quick screen you can swipe to. The tile holds a button that starts a workout in one tap.)
  • Keep your session in view as you move between watch faces

Sync both ways

A workout you start on the watch shows up on your phone. A workout you start on the phone shows up on the watch. They sync the moment the two are close again. So if you train with the watch while your phone is in another room, the phone catches up on its own.

Same look on both screens

Pick a theme on your phone, and the watch uses it too. You get the same colors and feel on both screens.

Free

The watch app is free. I am not going to charge you twice for one workout.

Try it for yourself.
