What it is
Flex Metrics lets you track almost anything next to your workouts. A custom metric is just your own thing to log. It can be sleep, water, pain, mood, or a habit you want to keep. You log it right in the app, not buried in workout notes.
What you can track
You pick the kind of metric that fits:
- A yes or no toggle, like “took my vitamins”
- A scale, like sleep from 1 to 10
- A plain number, like cups of water
- A length of time, like 30 minutes read
- A time range, like a fasting window from 8pm to noon
- A mix of the above, when one thing isn’t enough
Why it matters
A great week and a flat week often come down to life outside the gym. Sleep, stress, and food all shape how you train. Flex Metrics lets you log those things and look for the link. It does this without turning the app into a plain habit diary.
