What it is
Challenges track goals that take weeks or months to reach. You can set a target for workouts, a single exercise, a weekly streak, or cardio distance. Some challenges even mix more than one of these into one goal.
Template depth
Kinoku ships with 39 ready-made challenges. They cover beginner, strength, volume, consistency, cardio, and endurance goals.
So you can start small, like your first 10 workouts. Or you can aim big, like a full year of weekly training or a long cardio total.
Why it matters
Challenges give you a second way to look at your training. Your workouts and stats show what you have done. A challenge shows what you are working toward.
