What it is
A scene is a setting for a kind of workout. Not every session is the same. A heavy gym day and a quick home session feel different, so they can look and act different too.
What a scene can set
- Name
- Color
- Icon
- Rest timer length
- A target time for the session
- Which exercises and gear show up
Scenes that come built in
Nine are free to use. Strength, Home, Move, Recover, Quick, Run, Pool, Walk, and Flow. On Pro and Elite you can build your own.
Why it helps
Scenes let the app match how you really train. Your days are not all the same, so your workouts do not have to start from one blank screen.
