Kinoku has two plans. Free is a complete training app with no ads, and Pro adds deeper analysis and the smart layer, from US $39.99 a year.
Kinoku has two plans, Free and Pro. Free is a full training app with no ads, and it puts no cap on your workouts, routines or history. Pro adds deeper analysis and the smart layer that reads your training data for you.
The free plan covers logging, routines, the library of 1,300+ exercises plus your own, the muscle map, stats, achievements and Rewards. GPS runs, Health Connect, Wear OS, share cards and 20 of the 26 themes are free as well. So are training programs, from the builder and all 25 templates to named plans like 5/3/1 that raise your weights for you. The AI Coach gives free users a daily read and a weekly card on what changed.
Pro adds Smart Suggestions, Quick Log by text or voice, weight tips, and the Top signals, Lift intelligence, Run intelligence and Patterns detected parts of the AI Coach. It also brings run analytics, the route heatmap, the Pro Analytics hub with strength standards, a readiness score, calendar tools such as drag to move, more Kinoku Score insights each day, and six more themes.
A year of Pro is US $39.99 and a single month is US $5.99, with Google Play showing the price in your own currency. Eligible new customers can start the yearly plan with a 14-day free trial, and a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase costs US $69.99. Both plans work offline, but Pro is sold only through Google Play.
