Can ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini write a workout plan for Kinoku?
Yes. Tap Copy plan prompt on the Import screen and paste it into your assistant. It asks about your training, then writes a plan Kinoku can read.
Yes, with whichever assistant you already use. On Kinoku’s Import screen, tap Copy plan prompt, then paste it into a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or a similar app. The prompt has the assistant ask you a few things one at a time, such as your goal, how many days a week you can train, what gear you have, and any move you want to avoid.
Then the assistant writes the plan in Kinoku’s import format. Bring its reply back with Paste Workout Plan, or share the reply to Kinoku from the assistant’s app. You then see the routines and the calendar days it would add, and nothing saves until you say so.
The chat itself happens in the assistant’s app, so that company’s privacy terms cover what you type there. Kinoku does not take part in the chat and only reads the reply you bring back. To move an old training log from another app, Copy log prompt on the same screen works the same way.
