Where do I see my best times and my 500 m split?
Best times sits on an exercise's Graph tab and lists your fastest time at each effort you repeat. Rowing and ski erg charts also show your 500 m split.
When you open an exercise to log it, the screen has three tabs: Track, History and Graph. The Best times card on the Graph tab lists your fastest time at each effort you repeat, like a 50 m sled push at one weight or a 2,000 m row.
Two sets count as the same effort when their weight, distance and reps match. Kinoku looks only at completed working sets that have a time, so warm-up and drop sets stay out. An effort joins the list once you have timed it in two sets, and the card shows up to five, newest first. Tap the info icon on the card for the full rules.
When a set beats every earlier time at that effort, it shows New best in gold. That needs a time from an earlier workout to beat, so your first workout never shows one.
On a rowing machine or ski erg, the Graph tab and the Exercises tab in Stats can also chart your 500 m split. The split is the time it takes to cover 500 meters, the same number the machine’s own screen shows. Kinoku works it out from the total time and distance you logged, and a lower split means you went faster.
