What is the Exercise Galaxy?

The Exercise Galaxy shows each move in the catalog as a star. Moves that work the same muscles sit close together, so each bunch of stars is one kind of move.

You can open it from the side menu, from Search, or with the galaxy button on the Muscle Map and at the top of the Exercise Library. On a built-in exercise’s info sheet, Show in galaxy opens it with that move picked.

In Your moves, the moves you have logged glow, so you can see what you train and what you have not tried yet. Moves you made yourself also show up there as stars with a ring, once you log sets for them and they have muscles set. All of it is free, Your moves included.
