How are exercises sorted?
The list starts with the moves you use most, then common gym staples. The Most used and A-Z switch above the list sorts by name instead.
By default, the exercise list puts the moves you have used in the most workouts first. Among moves with the same count, your favorites come next, and after them a fixed order of common gym staples. That is why a new user sees moves like the barbell bench press and the barbell squat near the top.
The Most used and A-Z switch above the list changes the order. A-Z puts your favorites first and then sorts everything else by name, and Kinoku remembers your choice for next time.
While you type a search, the Most used order steps aside and the list follows your search.
