How does swim tracking work?

Pick the Pool scene, then log each swim set by stroke with its distance and time. Swim tracking is free and counts toward your Kinoku Score.

Swim tracking starts from the Pool scene, which sets up the Today screen for a swim in one tap. You then log each set as a stroke with its distance and time. The exercise list has freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and the individual medley (IM), plus kickboard drills, pull buoy drills, swim sprints and open water swimming.

Your swims count toward your Kinoku Score next to lifting and running, and there are five swim achievements to earn, plus two secret ones. Swim tracking is free, along with the rest of the app’s cardio logging.

Swim distance you type in does not move a road in Journeys for now, though a swim still counts everywhere else.
