What is the Kinoku Score?
The Kinoku Score is a 0 to 100 reading of your recent training, built from four rings: Effort, Consistency, Recovery and Wellness. The score itself is free.
The Kinoku Score sums up your recent training as one number from 0 to 100. Open it from Kinoku Score in the side menu. Four rings make up the score:
- Effort looks at your training volume and its trend, how hard your sets were, whether your loads are climbing, and how varied your training is.
- Consistency looks at how often you train, your streak and how well you keep to your plan.
- Recovery uses sleep, resting heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) when that data is there, plus how rested your muscles are.
- Wellness uses the daily metrics and habits you log, and your steps.
When you have no recovery or wellness data at all, the rest of the score takes over its share, so a missing source does not pull the number down. A label sums up where you stand: Drifting below 35, Steady from 35 to 54, Building from 55 to 84 and Thriving from 85.
The training rings look back over roughly the last eight weeks. After a break the score drops, then climbs again once you train.
All four rings, the breakdown of each one and your score history for the last 30 and 90 days are free. Pro raises the daily insights from two to five, adds the 3-day and 7-day forecasts next to tomorrow’s, and opens the 1-year and all-time history.

Kinoku Score
Once Kinoku has enough data, the Kinoku Score sums up your recent training, recovery, and health signals. Until then, it shows a learning state instead of a made-up number.
