Does lifting move my journey?
Only if you switch it on. Then every 2,000 kg you lift moves you 1 km, counted from that day, on its own line apart from the distance you walk.
Lifting moves your road only if you switch it on. When you start a road, the Start sheet asks Count your gym work too?, and the answer starts as no. You can change it later with the Gym work switch under What counts on the road’s page.
Once it is on, every 2,000 kg you lift moves you 1 km along the road. Kinoku counts from the day you switched it on, so workouts from before then stay out. If you switch it off again, the kilometres you already lifted stay on the road.
Lifted kilometres sit on their own line, apart from the distance you walked or ran and the estimate from classes, so the numbers never blend into one. The rate is saved with your road when you start it, which means a later change to the default would leave the kilometres you earned alone.
