How long does Trash keep deleted workouts?
At least 30 days. Each item shows a countdown, and a daily background job removes it for good once 30 days pass and you have opened the app since.
Trash keeps a deleted workout for at least 30 days. Each row shows a countdown, such as 28 days until permanent deletion, so you can see how long is left. Until then, Restore brings the workout back at any time.
A background job runs about once a day and removes anything whose 30 days are up, and that is when its data is gone for good. The job only clears an item if you have opened Kinoku at least once since you deleted it. So a phone left in a drawer for two months keeps everything for you to look over.
While a workout sits in Trash, it counts nowhere. Stats, charts, the muscle map, the Kinoku Score, challenges and achievements all leave it out, as if you had never logged it. Every set and note is still kept in case you restore it. Progress photos follow the same 30-day rule, and you can find Trash under Settings, then Import & Export.

Trash & 30-day Undo
Deleted workouts and progress photos go to Trash for 30 days. A restored workout rewinds your program max, resyncs Health Connect, and updates bet progress.
