I deleted a workout by mistake. Can I get it back?

Yes. Tap Undo on the bar that appears right after you delete, or find the workout in Trash within 30 days and tap Restore.

Yes, and there are two ways. Right after you delete a workout, a bar with an Undo button shows at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds, and tapping it brings the workout straight back with all of its sets.

If the bar has already gone, the workout waits in Trash for at least 30 days. Open Settings, then Import & Export, then Trash, find the workout, and tap Restore.

A restore puts back more than a row in your history. Your stats, the muscle map, the Kinoku Score, personal records (PRs), plan links and calendar check marks all count the workout again. A workout from a named program such as 5/3/1 rewinds the program, so the next session asks for the right weight, and the workout syncs back to Health Connect. Progress photos you delete go to the same Trash and come back the same way.

Trash with a deleted Pull-Up Practice workout and a progress photo from Sep 23, 2026, each with 28 days until permanent deletion and a Restore button.

In the app

Trash & 30-day Undo

Deleted workouts and progress photos go to Trash for 30 days. A restored workout rewinds your program max, resyncs Health Connect, and updates bet progress.
