How do I pause, duplicate or delete a program?

Long-press a program card in Programs. The running program offers Pause Program and Delete, and every other program offers Duplicate and Delete.

Open Programs from the side menu and long-press a program card to see its menu. The program you are running offers Pause Program and Delete, while any other program offers Duplicate and Delete.

  • Pause Program stops the program once you confirm. Its planned workouts that you have not done yet come off your calendar, and the workouts you finished stay in your history.
  • Duplicate adds a copy of the program to your list, so you can change the copy and keep the original as it was.
  • Delete removes the program with its blocks, weeks and planned workouts, after you confirm.

The running program’s own screen has Pause Program and Delete Program in its ⋮ menu as well. To pick a paused program back up, tap it in the list. It opens in the builder, and Activate starts it again.
